It is not open enough that the skirt has ever been removed from the package. All listed contents per the packaging are visually verified as present with the exception of the needles. These may very well be in the package, but I am reluctant to disturb the contents any further just to check for needles. The edge of the fabric at the open end is clean and untouched.
