All our shoes are guaranteed authentic and sourced directly from authorized retailers in China. Please note that some Li Ning shoes may have their authentication codes scratched off; however, we assure you they are 100% genuine.

Global Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance. Please provide an import tax number, personal tax number, IOSS number, or RUT number if applicable (except for customers in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Australia). We may be unable to ship your order without this information.

Shipping Details
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong or mainland China, with a handling time of 2-5 business days. We provide free standard shipping, typically taking 2-3 weeks, though delivery times may occasionally be longer. Expedited shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS is available for an additional $20, usually delivering within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may extend during the holiday season.

Holiday Impact on Shipping
Chinese holidays may affect shipping times. During national holidays such as Chinese New Year, the entire country observes a shutdown, leading to adjusted handling times. Specific holidays affecting shipping include:

1. National Day: Orders will not be processed from September 28th to October 7th.
2. Chinese New Year: Typically starting around February 10th, order processing is paused for 12 days.

Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee of 20% of the total payment will be deducted from the refund. We recommend considering local resale options, as international returns may be costly.

Replacements
To expedite replacements, we suggest placing a new order once your return request is initiated. To minimize size-related issues, please refer to our size chart, which uses millimeter measurements for accuracy.

Order Cancellation
While we strive to fulfill all orders as requested, there may be circumstances requiring cancellation. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. Please note that prices may fluctuate, and discrepancies between listed prices and actual delivery costs can occur. For example, if the cost to deliver a pair of shoes is $150 but is listed at $115 on our eBay store, we may need to cancel the order due to the pricing difference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
