Dispatch
We aim to dispatch items on the next working day once payment has been received, this however is not guaranteed. We will always dispatch within the eBay allowed window.
Domestic Postage & Packaging
Postage is usually included in the displayed Buy It Now price.
International Postage
We use eBay's Global Shipping Program to ship overseas. These charges are set by eBay themselves and are non-negotiable. The charges include a fully tracked and insured service.
Protection
All of our items undergo security procedures whereby a note of the serial number is taken and recorded (where applicable) as well as all items (and all components) being security marked. Our packing area is also covered by HD CCTV and every order is recorded and kept for an undisclosed amount of time. These procedures are in place to protect both you as a buyer and us as a trusted Seller.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. Return postage is paid for by the customer for change of mind/didn't like returns. Any refunds will be issued no longer than two days after the item has been delivered back to us and inspected. All returns must be initiated by opening up an eBay return case. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our items for any reason after this 30 day window closes.
