Pretty vintage cut crystal vase in a "Bohemian" style, with diamond cuts around the middle. Could be from Czech.
The blue colour has been created by applying a blue glaze after the cutting.
It is heavy and stable.
A little of the glaze has worn off, so it needs to be cleaned gently, using only tepid water - no scrubbing or harsh detergents.
It still looks pretty as well as being useful at 24cm high.
