This listing is for a very rare Spear of Destiny curio from Sorcery TCG's beta set. This curio is an reference to the Spear of Destiny card in the alpha precons that were printed with a copyright symbol instead of an alpha symbol. 

You can tell this is a curio because it has the alpha symbol plus the faint lines coming out from the "Art @ Andrea Modesti" wording on the bottom of the card. The alpha version of the card does not have the lines.
