Nicely made, beautifully serrated Pine Tree Corner Notched point found in Indiana.  Well-patinated Hornstone with multiple black (iron-rich) mineral deposits on the barbs and base.  Tip has been restored by Keith Etchison - last photo shows this point before restoration.  Pine Tree Corner Notched points are thought to be 9,500 to 8,500 years old (Early Archaic period).  Guaranteed authentic.
