Oil on canvas, 14.5" x 24.5", but the canvas now on a board.  Ornate gold wood frame measures apprx 21" x 31" x 1.75".

Hans Andreas Dahl is the son of Norwegian artist Hans Dahl (1849 - 1937).  

The painting is pencil signed on the front and on the back.  To me the dark intensity of the work seems more like his fathers hand.

Just a possibility, do not have a COA.

Painting is in good condition, frame does have some wear to the gold.  See pictures.
