*DOESN'T WORK/CHARGE* Motorola H19TXT Headset - Black.

Headset isn't functioning.   When trying to charge a constant red light appears and device isn't able to charge.  I'm assuming if a battery change occurs then the headset should work again.  Headset was previously brand new, but was opened to find that the battery had died.  Listing includes the headset, gel tips, wall charger, car charger, and manual.
