SL55-94DX, which is currently out of production, has arrived!
The Shoreline series, which is limited to Japan, has wood processing and painting done in Japan, and the parts and assemblies are assembled and manufactured in Japan using the same materials as LAKLAND USA. This is a popular model with high cost performance that provides a sound comparable to that of the USA.
The pickup is LAKLAND's original active type, and the controls are equipped with a 3-way tap switch for master VOL, PU balancer, and 3-band EQ boost and cut.
The volume is a SW pot, allowing you to bypass the preamp. The tap switch allows you to select the humbucker coil.
This piece shows signs of use such as scratches and dullness of parts.
The frets are noticeably worn down, with about 5-6 minutes remaining. The neck is twisted, and there is a lot of forward warping on the 5th string side. There are also high rises, and high positions can cause chatter depending on the play.
