• Free shipping within Australia
• International shipping within Americas, Asia, Europe and New Zealand.
• We only send items to the registered eBay address. Please edit your postal address before check out.
• Items will be shipped within 2 business days from the date payment is received (not include public holiday and weekend)
• Please allow up to 5 to 10 working days (Domestic) / 7-14working days (International) for items to be delivered.

Return policy

• We provide 30 days refund for the item sold. Postage and resizing fees are not refundable. Buyer is to pay for return postage. All return must be in its original condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage, and without any alteration to the product). Please contact us before returning the items for the returning address.
• Earrings can ONLY be returned if items that are damaged or defect (this specification is a health regulation with all earrings).
