This is a Liden beech plywood chest of four drawers from their Whitewood furniture range and probably dating from the 1960s. The chest of drawers would originally have come unfinished for the new owner to paint as they wished however these seem to have had a light coloured varnish or similar finish applied. Approximate overall dimensions are 76cm (30") in width, 40.5cm (16") in depth and 76.5cm (30.25") in height.
The chest of drawers is in good condition for its age with no damage and just a few signs of cosmetic wear. There is the odd small dent or chip mainly to the drawer edges and a few other marks and scratches to the drawer fronts as illustrated in the close up photos above. The top surface has a few mainly light marks and scratches although nothing too obvious. The sides of the chest of drawers also have some marks and scuffs including a few areas which are lighter in shade perhaps due to wear to the finish as illustrated in the detailed photos below. The interiors of the drawers are generally in good clean condition with just minimal signs of wear from previous usage.
We can deliver to most parts of the UK apart from islands and some more remote locations. The delivery cost will vary depending on your location and the size of an item so please get in touch with your postcode for an accurate quote. We are also unable to deliver overseas however in all cases you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
This is for a two person ground floor delivery service but if you have any additional requirements please get in touch to check if we can accommodate these.
Delivery can normally be completed within two to three weeks although can occasionally be longer for more remote locations or where a customer has limited availability or specific requirements.
If you are local to us then we may be able to deliver ourselves. You are also welcome to collect in person at a mutually convenient time or to arrange your own courier if you prefer.
