WILLIAMSBURG #17:
This jacket is designed for soft comfort. Side panels are cut on bias to insure easy movement. Front and back panels overlap side panels and are left loose at hem. The front is shorter than sides and sides are shorter than center back, creating an uneven hemline. The sweetheart neckline adds a feminine touch. You might consider color-blocking or using decorative trims in the seams. The pull-on pants are designed for a tailored look. Deep fold-over front pleats are secured with velcro. There are in-seam pockets and elastic in waist back. Belt carriers and ties are added for detail.
