I look everything over carefully before I list it and take as many pictures as I can to accurately convey the condition it is in. Please take advantage of the enlargement option afforded when looking at pictures. I package everything very well but if there is an issue with the condition of your package upon arrival, please let me know and I will work with you to resolve the problem with the specified carrier. I use USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship based on lowest cost.
Please note, lighting affects color of item and may not be exactly a true depiction of actual color. I will try and re-take pics if you require it for better viewing.
I typically ship same business day but on works of art, I may require a couple of extra days to properly package piece for safe shipping.
While I sell everything -as is- since most of what I sell is used, I will stand behind my products if there is a problem that I did not notice when shipping. Please let me know with pics and other information, and I will review and do what is necessary to resolve any issues. Thank you, Mark.
