2-Stage Filtration: The SimPure DB10C is a 2 Stage Whole House Filtration System(PP Sediment + CTO). 1st filter (PP sediment filter) can remove dirt, silt, sand, rust and scale particles. The 2nd- filter(CTO carbon block filter) can remove chlorine, chloramine, VOCs, bad taste and odor. Extend the life of your dishwasher and other appliances, and reduce cost of the energy. We use 2x2 O-Ring+brass fittings, it effectively reduces the risk of leaks and drips. Each filter bottle features a dual O-ring design for a tighter seal at the connection points. Additionally, we've added a rubber gasket at the top of the filter cartridge. What's more, we've upgraded the material at the connection points, replacing plastic with brass fittings.

Longer Lifespan: The lifespan of carbon filter is 3-6 months, while the sediment filter can last for 6-12 months. The specific duration depends on your water quality. With a 5 micron filter pore size, it effectively removes sediment, rust, dust, and large impurities from the water, reducing odors, discoloration, and chlorine, resulting in improved taste. To ensure water quality and extend product lifespan, we recommend a water pressure of 25-90 psi and a temperature range of 41-100°F (5-38℃) .
