The lotion needs to be warmed with your body heat. Just open the container, simply hold your lotion bar in your hands, and the bar will warm, then use like lotion and apply to hands, feet, knees, elbows, and anywhere that needs a little extra moisturizing. Great for treating rough heels. Tattoos love this lotion. It keeps the colors vivid and the skin healthy.

For very deep moisturizing and glistening all day soft skin, use the lotion bar right after you shower, when your skin is damp and all your pores are open.
