FAQ’s
Can I collect an item listed with postage?
Yes, if you would prefer to collect the item, at the
checkout you can select ‘collection in person’. Please message us to
advise a collection date and time. We ask that this be within 14
days of purchase otherwise we will cancel the transaction. We will not be
able to refund postage through a partial refund.
Where Do I Collect From?
If your item is listed as collection, you will find
details saved as an image in the listing photographs. You will need to message
us a date and time for collection so we can prepare the item in good time.
Do you accept Couriers?
We do accept couriers! We recommend looking at
Shiply for the most reasonable quotes.
Do you accept offers?
We add the option to send an offer on
listings where we feel appropriate. If a listing doesn’t have this option,
we cannot accept offers & we are unable to respond to requests to do so.
Can I view the item?
Unfortunately, all items go into a storage facility,
and we cannot allow viewings of the items. We can allow appointments on
occasion so please contact us through eBay to arrange this or call the
warehouse on 0161 470 4745
Can You Provide Additional
Images Of The Item?
Once our items are listed on eBay, they are
placed in storage to keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are
unable to take extra images if requested.
Can I Pay Cash?
We can accept the correct cash at our warehouse, yes.
We are also now able to take card payments at our warehouse. uPaying via
eBay is easier than ever with multiple ways to pay.
Customer Service
Please contact us with any questions you have
relating to any item. Our dedicated customer service team
operate from 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and we will respond to your
query within 48 hours between these operating times.
Payment
We ask that payment is made within 7 days of the
auction ending/purchase otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.
Dispatch & Delivery
We will dispatch items within 4 working days of
receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice.
We can offer delivery in our local area only- please
contact us to arrange this 0161 476 2777. We also have good relationships with
local couriers which we are happy to pass on once payment has been made.
Returns and Refunds
We accept all returns within 30 days of
purchase. Please contact us for help, or open a return via the
eBay returns centre if you would
like to return your item.
In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit
the process couldn’t be simpler. If possible, send us a photo of
the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the
issue.
Once an item is received at our office, a refund will
be processed to the original method used, within 2 working
days.
