This is a 14k yellow gold chain necklace with a 10k gold diamond heart pendant. The necklace is 16" long. It weighs 2.5 grams on my gram scale. The end of the necklace is marked "Italy 14kt". The spring ring clasp is marked "14k." The pendant is marked "10k."
