Vintage Hamilton Myron 10K Gold Filled Watch from 1940s Cal. 980 w/ 14K Band.

This Hamilton Myron watch features a grade 980 manual wind 17-jewel movement. The movement's serial number indicates that it was manufactured in the late 1930s/1940s.  The dial is sterling silver, finished in white and 18K yellow-gold numerals.  It is paired with a Kreisler expandable band with 14K gold-filled tops.
