I would recommend these be purchase for collectibility, display, or restoration

Boots are not in horrible shape, but I would not think they are very wearable due to age / wear

Laces have some rips / tears as shown

Body of boots are in good shape with high quality leather - with regular wear from age

Midsoles show some signs of cracking / separation

Boots are a size 10M

They both include solid wood shoes trees as shown - trees are made by Maxwell London - Dover Street
