P90X, i.e.,"Power 90 Extreme", is a 90-day workout program. developed by Fitness Guru Tony Horton, which promises muscular and toned results from home.
It makes sense, then, that this workout system was made for those looking to get muscular fast and who are committed through the duration without fail. You’ll be working out nearly every day and often for well over an hour per workout, so you’ll need plenty of free time. These workouts are intentionally difficult and will push your limits regularly. Since its inception. P90X remains one of the world’s top fitness programs.
This home fitness program comes complete with a Quickstart Guide, Fitness Guide, Nutrition Plan, a Training Program Outline and Calendar, and 13 never viewed DVD discs (one "How to Bring It" for a quick overview of the program and 12 discs one for each of the program's specific objectives)
NOTE: You will need a P90X chin-up bar or a a safe way to do chin-ups and dumbbells, resistance bands, or resistance bands with a door attachment, and a sturdy chair. Power stands, a heart rate monitor, a Plyometrics mat, and yoga blocks are highly recommended
While this complete fitness set has been in storage for awhile, it hasn't been used. While in storage, a small section of the box's front had been stained but does not impact the LIKE NEW Condition of either the guides or the accompanying DVDs.
Shipping to the U.S. only (Local Pickup available) with FREE USPS Tracking, shipping weight is about two (2) pounds and five (5) ounces. Where practical, I will ship your purchase in a clean and sturdy recycled box.
