It is a womans size 00.
There are pockets and the skirt Zips on the side. It is fully lined. There are fitted pleats on top that add volume to the bottom of the skirt.
There are belt loops but NO belt.
It is a modest skirt, perfect to wear to church, work, school, to a party. Pair it with a blouse, sweater set or a bustier. Wear a jacket over.
