A: Yes, it actually would be. However, I am focused on keeping the buyers costs down by shipping the 16x20s in a toploader. This keeps the package small and light. The cost of shipping will typically increase x3 or x4 just to be shipped in a frame. This also gives buyers options to purchase their own frame locally at a lower cost.
