The one you are getting is preowned The drawers from the lavender dresser are missing. All of the pther furniture is included. I have all 4 dining chairs although 1 missed my picture. There were a few stickers placed on the inside so there is a little discoloration slightly paler spots and just a little bit of stickiness in those areas. There are a few small color marks inside. magic eraser should take care of that. The set has a few minor scrapes here and there but is in good overall condition.
It also comes witha family of 7 melissa and doug dolls
that doesn't come with the dollhouse when purchased new.
I will partially dissamble the dollhouse to make shipping easier. It's an oversized item which escalates the shipping cost breaking it down a bit makes it smaller, However I will keep it intact as much as possible so it will be easier for you to set up.
It is a delightful dollhouse that can be played with and kept for years to come
