As mentioned this CD is a factory sealed copy, so the CD itself is presumed to be in mint or near mint, unplayed condition, or at least as close to mint as you'll get. Though there are never any guarantees when it comes to sealed media.
The CD jewel case, while sealed, is in what I'd call good condition with moderate wear visible through the shrink wrap.
The shrink wrap does have a few small rips in it. There is also part of an old price sticker still on the shrink.
