Once they are gone they are gone. 

Very highly polished and can stay on wrist with cross on show or be used to turn the beads in a meditation if you wish.

These can be draped over middle finger leaving index finger on top from wrist and you can turn a bead round and recite a Christian mantra or meditation or prayer....  a popular example much loved is below but you can use your own. So waiting in a queue, in a traffic jam.... leave your phone alone and just turn some beads and prayer energise and feel some inner peace and joy and relax and call in Christ and the Holy Spirit. More accessible than Rosary beads and just fits over your wrist and the cross is shown for all to see quite subtly and the cross also catches the light. 

Use in contemplative prayer

A recommended the recitation of Maranatha as "the ideal Christian mantra", meaning "Come Lord", repeated silently interiorly as four equally stressed syllables Ma-ra-na-tha: "Not only is this one of the most ancient Christian prayers, in the language Jesus spoke, but it also has a harmonic quality that helps to bring the mind to silence. Other words or short phrases could be used but he saw it as important that during the meditation one doesn't think about the meaning or use the imagination."Other Christian authors and communities cultivate similar practices centred on this recitation, such as Pablo d'Ors, who also recommends it as one of the linkages (along with the breathing and the hands) for the practice of contemplative prayer.

People say  it is like calling in calm and joy and energising... and de-stressing , empowering to use with a mantra and just easier to find or have than your rosary.

The blessing on the bracelets are to Inspire faith, protect from evil and to let the light of Christ in essentially.... those 3.
