If you require an item asap, we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. We advice you don’t “book” you vehicle in or arrange a mechanic based on the estimated delivery times shown to you by ebay or rely on any delivery service times as these are “target times” and are not a guarantee of such. There is no such thing as a guaranteed delivery time. Any guarantee merely means there is usually a shorter waiting time before claims can be made for late delivery. To rely on delivery times for just in time deliveries, breakdowns, booked garage time slots etc is a foly and you must accept the chance of later than expected delivery. If you simply must have an on time delivery we advice purchasing and collecting in person from a brick and mortar store.
Highlands - remote areas and islands as defined by each courier – Courier Services: restricted / limited services regardless of services shown to you on this site. Where a courier service is advertised as the free shipping option and that service provider classifies an area as "remote" there will be additional shipping costs. The service provider may also be changed from the advertised courier to another courier or in many cases changed to a Royal Mail or Parcelforce service with the closest equivalent delivery time. For lower value (usually up to £20) and lower weight (usually up to 2kg) Royal Mail services are available as normal. For items with a higher value or items over 2kg or over 16cm high, where a courier service is required or offered variable services and charges apply.
GUERNSEY & other Channel Islands - are always subject to extra charges due to the extra time involved in completing the customs documentation. Please ask for postage quote before buying. Advertised shipping prices are not valid for Channel Islands.
Items bought from multi variation listings – the system does not allow for separate delivery options for all items listed. Lower value, smaller items sent as advertised via Royal Mail, higher value / multiple item purchases and items over 16cm high (inc. COURIER DELIVERY OPTION - We are required to supply your telephone number to our couriers - please ensure your number is included on your details. Courier drivers may not know your property address as well as your local Royal Mail “postie”, therefore if your property is not clearly marked from roadside or is located down a mile long track off an un-named lane we advise putting out a sign, otherwise you increase the possibility of delayed or failed delivery.
