Seeds in the Crassula family are best germinated 
in Autumn and Spring when temperatures are around 20° give or take a few degrees. 

Fungicide should 
be used especially if you choose to use a heatbed and hothouse conditions,  ie ziplock bags method. 

Seeds from this family are EXTREMELY TINY, so just sow on the surface of your mix and don't cover seeds with MIX. 

Seeds from the CRASSULA FAMILY CONTAIN A SMALL AMOUNT OF SEED FRAS.

Seeds from this group can take several months to germinate.
