I am not sure if this is an original or a print. It's by Millicent Tomkins, signed, and depicts various ink drawn musical instruments and a chair with a colorful painted cushion.  

Print is framed and matted.  There is some wrinkling of the paper that could be fixed by reframing.

I do not see any other versions of this specific image so it could be an original.
