DESCRIPTION: POP 16 at PSA 9 with only six graded higher. Tough pull and tough grade. This is Manning's SILVER parallel of his DRAFT PICKS die-cut insert rookie card #1 from 1998 Playoff Absolute. This parallel has a silver foil surface with red-letter stamping. Very tough grade with the delicate foil surface, dark borders, and die-cut corner.

Fresh grade (Jan 2024), well after PSA tightened their grading standards over the pandemic. Comes in a tight-fitting PSA-branded sleeve.
