Just arrived from a large, well cared for racing collection - where most of the items have been off the market for several decades.
On felt with an elastic arm band - machine stitched onto the felt at the left and right edges. The colored felt is vibrant. The elastic band, all surfaces and edges are clean. Overall, in very good to exceptional condition. Will display well in your collection. It measures approx. 4 1/4" x 5 3/4"
