In addition to a visual inspection, I hand wash all Corelle I sell so I can feel (wet and dry) for damages or imperfections.  I will not sell if I find significant issues.  Any found are noted in the condition description, but I am only human and may have missed something.  You should wash before using to bring it up to your standards.

·       If you receive an item that is broken/damaged during shipping, please contact me.  Retain all packing materials and the shipping box.  Be sure to take photos of the damaged shipping carton and breakage to the item.  USPS fraud department may require proof of damage for claims.
