2 posters are not included and the front and back cover has fallen off.

Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. I have noticed that Ground Advantage has been taking anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks to be delivered. The USPS Post Office has gotten rid of First Class small parcels and instead send small parcels via Ground which has been taking longer to be delivered. Please be patient for receipt of your parcels. A tracking number will be provided but usually there is no update other than "the package is in transit to it's next destination."
