After you have won an auction or used the BUY NOW option, an instruction email will be sent to your eBay registered email address. After "Checkout Complete", you'll be redirected to Paypal to pay the bill. This way, the order can be automatically downloaded after payment clear.

Payment - All payments must be received within 7 days of auction end by PayPal only. We do not accept International Money Orders or Cheques.

Postage - The FREE delivery only applies to UK Mainland postal addresses. An extra shipping charge of £8.00 applies where we have to deliver items outside the Mainland area and to the Highlands using a courier service. These postal areas are listed above in our "shipping" terms. If you bid and your postal region falls within this criteria, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK at this current time.

Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours (Mon-Fri Only). Your goods will be shipped with either My Hermes, Royal Mail or Interlink Express courier depending on size and weight of the order. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 working days for delivery.
