- I ship once a week on Friday.

- Buyers who purchase and pay during the week will be shipped to within a few days.

- Buyers who purchase and pay during the weekend will have to wait up to 7 days.

- For Example, if you purchase on Friday after 3PM -- you may have to wait 7 days.

- Handling time shows as 10 days, but it is really 1 to 7.

- I take all returns.

- I always use tracking.

- I tend to insure items over $150.

- I provide insurance for cheaper items upon request.

- I use everything from Media Mail to USPS Priority Shipping. 

- I ship carefully to prevent the cases from crushing or cracking.

- Please contact me with any concerns before leaving negative feedback.

PROTECTION

- Most titles come with a custom plastic case: mostly from Dan at RetroProtection.

- Some PS1 games do not come with the plastic protective case -- while others do. 

- The custom plastic protects inventory from dust, pet, smoke or sun damage. 

- Some of the games may look dirtier than they are because of the plastic cases.

CONDITION

- Every game is tested & the CD's are typically in great condition.

- I never resurfaced them, however I cannot attest that they've never been resurfaced.

- The manuals, artwork and cases are in the best shape I could find them.

- I am not the original owner of items released before 2008. 

- I rarely list anything as like new, but some may consider it so.
