This is a wonderful Christopher Radko piece. My research tells me this adorable tiny rocking horse was a Discovery Channel Exclusive that Radko produced- possibly part of a set. It does not have a tag or the box. Was packed in acid-free tissue when I discovered it. Measures  2" h. Hand-decorated. Beautifully rendered. This one is a DELIGHT on the tree. Loads of detail for such a small ornament.
