Thank you for looking, this is a: VINTAGE 1970'S ANNALEE REINDEER WITH FELT PATCHED BAGS ON EACH SIDE.  PIPE CLEANER ANTLERS COULD USE SOME SHAPING.  MEASURING 18 INCHES TALL TO TOP OF HEAD.  ADD 4 INCHES FOR ANTLERS. NOTE: looks like a puppy nibbled on the dear in a few places, see last three pics. Also note the Saddle bags had come loose from original black strap, the strap is present just not attached, the masking tape is lightly holding the Bags in place for the photo's.
