Packaging:
All of our sweets are packed in clear bags and dated with best before dates. Dependent on the weight/pack size the sweets will be dispatched in either a brand new mailing bag or a cardboard box.
Shelf Life:
We purchase new stock on a daily/weekly basis and therefore have a constant turnaround of the freshest stock available. Shelf life therefore is never a problem. The majority of our sweets carry between at least 9 and 12 months some up to 18 months. This depends on the nature of the product.
Due to the high number of sweets we sell, you should never receive anything with less than 3 months shelf life.
Please note, some items such as our bespoke party cones or wedding buffets have a 2 day lead time but this will be clearly stated on the item description.
Our standard postage is FREE and sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. We do have quicker delivery options such as Royal Mail 24 Tracked or next day tracked courier with Parcelforce. Both options are available at the checkout for a small surcharge or feel free to contact us for more specific information.
For deliveries to destinations such as Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland – please contact us first to confirm delivery cost as depending on the weight of your order there can sometimes be a small surcharge. Generally, orders less than 2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail and will therefore remain FREE of charge.
All orders sent with Parcelforce are fully tracked and delivered within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Please provide us with your mobile number on the order as this will allow Parcelforce to text you with a one hour delivery slot. If this is not suitable for you, you are able to communicate directly with the courier to arrange a more suitable time for delivery.
We are able to offer a Saturday delivery, please call us to discuss your requirements and the charges for this.
Of course, mistakes can and do happen but we always ensure we fix the problem and introduce new steps to avoid re-occurrences.
Should you wish to return your order, please start the returns process via eBay which will provide you with all the necessary information needed. Upon safe receipt of the returned item(s), your original order will be refunded. Please note, we are unable to refund any return postage costs.
