Offered here is this wonderful Set of Antique Solid Brass Andirons with Decorative Bar. The set is made of solid brass, and is very ornate in their design. They have so many intricate details. I believe that the set dates to the late 19th Century, but most likely before 1890. They are both in very good condition, but have had their share of use, and have a lot of scorching on the back from being in the fire, as well as some oxidation from age. They are each 19" tall, and about 12.5" long, and 6" wide. The decorative bar is 28.5" long, and 4.25" wide. They are a gorgeous set of andirons, with amazing detail. They would be a useful and stylish addition to any hearth, and a wonderful piece of history as well.
