This vest is pre-owned & in EXCELLENT, Clean Condition.

VERY clean with NO rips or stains

Overall Length taken from middle of the back, top of neck to bottom of vest = 23 1/4"

This vest was hand made here in Ohio's Amish Country.  Holmes County is home to the largest Amish/Mennonite Settlement in the United States, so Plain Clothing is very common.
