Gently bend a corner to release and remove the backing to expose the adhesive back. New Never Used. Condition is New can be used for model train layouts HO or O gauge. Brand new vinyl. The Johnstown Traction Company operated in Johnstown Pennsylvania from 1910 to 1976. It started out with electric Trolleys that ran on tracks until 1960, it then converted to trackless Trolleys in 1960. Cambria County took over the system in 1976 and called it Cam Tran.
