Really fantastic vintage 1973 gold, brown and blue plaid 2-pc custom made suit from Simpson Clothes.

Medium weight, feels like a worsted wool or wool blend of exceptional quality.

Very likely custom made. If so, workmanship is extraordinary, best I've ever seen.

RARE original label inside pocket with date stamp of 'JUL 11 1973'.

Special touches include

- bright paisley print lining, including the sleeve linings

- arched pocket flaps on front of blazer

- double clasps on wide waist band

- rear pocket style on front
