A HORIZON GYRO MK.3 .

It does have a broad arrow stamp so must have come out of a military aircraft.

It's marked;

"HORIZON GYRO MK.3 

MADE IN ENGLAND BY SPERRY GYROSCOPE CO LTD BRENTFORD, MIDDLESEX"

It also has lots of hand written numbers. Please study the images & please do your own research.

It also say's;

"Do not jar handle like eggs" so it's obviously a fragile item. It will be well packaged but you're more than welcome to pick.up in person.

It appears to be made of carbon fibre & aluminium.

In expected used condition for an item of this age & nature. There's lots of marks & scratches. The inner part of the dial face still moves & rotates. Obviously this is being sold as an interesting collectable & is sold as seen as I have no idea if it still works. It is not being sold to be refitted into an aircraft.

Quite heavy & large at approx just over 8 1/4" including the"Fast Erection" Knob.
