Set of 2 ear "plugs". Bought in Hot Topic. I do not have stretched lobes. I bought these and wore them as regular earrings because I liked the spiked look, so can be worn by anyone. I think these may have been sold as fake ear plugs for those who want the look but not the stretched ear lobes.
