Original Whataburger Whatapals Meal MIP (Mint in Package) toy from 2003.
This was originally part of the ARTIST KITS set.

Green box measures approx. 3½" square, and ½" deep.
I'm guessing there are artistic items inside - maybe some crayons, or ?? Sorry, I have no idea.
There is an embossed part on the back so you can use for rub & draw art fun!
MIP packages may show wear, sticker residue.
