OUR BUSINESS POLICIES:
Additional insurance, and signature confirmation will be applied to items with
a value over $50.00 for the buyer’s protection against damage or theft, and our
protection against internet and mail fraud from deceptive buyers.
Positive feedback is given after it’s received from the buyer. This lets us
know the buyer is happy with his purchase, and that’s important to us! If for
any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you contact us with
the reason, before leaving negative feedback, so we have the opportunity to
make it right. Matthew 7:12, Luke 6:31
Returns:
If we’re unable to successfully solve the problem, and the buyer needs to
return an item our return address can be found on the packing slip we include
with every package we ship. Please start the return process with eBay.
When returning an item please recycle by returning the item in the same package
it was shipped in, and use the same packaging material whenever possible.
Please make sure eBay has the tracking number when it’s shipped.
We accept returns within 30 days. The item being returned must be the same item
we sent to the buyer. It must also be unused, if it was new, and undamaged to
receive a full refund of the purchase price.
When an item is returned, and it has been used, or damaged by the buyer - we
will only issue a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.
No refund will be sent when a different item from the one we sold to the buyer
is shipped back to us.
Our products may be marked in an area known only to us, because some devious
buyers keep the seller’s product, and return a non-working one, or a completely
different item for a refund. This is internet and mail fraud, and a violation
of the seller protection policy.
Due to the increase of internet fraud and mail fraud, we have decided to
incorporate this policy; We will report dishonest buyers who commit internet
fraud, and mail fraud to eBay’s escalation department for violating the seller
protection policy. In addition to that, scammer’s will also be blocked from
buying our products. The buyers name and user ID will also be given to
thousands of other sellers we associate with, so they can put them on their
blocked list as well. We may also choose to pursue additional legal actions
against them to the fullest extent of the law for internet fraud, and mail
fraud. Anything written to us through eBay messages can and will be used as
proof of a buyer’s devious behavior for eBay to review, and when authorities
request it. We feel aggrieved that we need to have these policies to protect
ourselves from devious buyers, but it’s necessary, because we are in the last
