This is a new / used set.  It was in a box in the garage. It's the Dragon Elite officers uniform set. You get Camo pullover, pants, rubber visor hat, PP pistol, mag, holster, medals, cuff titles. I used the belt and boots on other figures. Not many of these around. A very nice set.  19.00 USA, 50.00 overseas. I have no idea how much it will cost to send him, so will refund any excess shipping. The Post Office has raised their rates and gone to a regional system which means it costs more to send farther away from me on the east coast. Even higher now thanks to the current oil hating administration.
