Plug and play controller kit for Bbshd-(by default) that replaces stock controller and is much more powerful. Power and quality of power is the same as more of expensive controllers for this motor. I wouldn't use otherwise myself. Set up, and installed in 30 minutes, for bbshd or even bbs02 on request. Plus necessary support or advice.
Easy to mount on frame without need for any extra parts. It's already been assembled, programmed for you and tested with proven and best settings possible. Won't cut out power due to controller overcurrent like some kits.

Good, affordable programmable, controller (would be more cheaper if this site wouldn't take at 20% for using the platform). alternative to other kits with 855 and other FOC controllers you might have seen; performance and power is same! As well as speed and acceleration and consumption.
Despite what picture telss it will look better mounted then bac and it's also a lot lighter. looks minimalistic, black and mounts durably. If you wanted one of those kits this one has same performance. buy it while it's available and don't be stuck with sleepy bafang controller forever.
is not locked, and you won't be stuck to one voltage and can use any battery or motor if you decide to make changes like some of kit sellers cough cough do telling that it undermines their work which is super inconvenient since you can make zero changes, can't even change battery. It has field weakening like bac and can rotate very fast. You don't have to switch gears if you don't want to. A phone can be used wirelessly as display with lots of different data and program with bluetooth module, but no display is necessary for operation.
Motor cooling mods are recommended, which i sell, for this or any other controller for max sustained power, and max reliability. Ask me about a good Dicount for stator if you buying the controller.
Controller side cover optionally will be aluminum not misprinted hard to mount plastic it looks better and better cooling but more expensive.
mounting on frame is prepared (disregard thin ties on pictures this is just for testing) . Unneeded wires will be removed and replaced for black single wire
Speed is around 75km/h on 80v, with around 1:1 ratio and surron like acceleration (actually much better when max, not joking). Will work fine with stock nylon gear, heat is the problem not the gear. Video of it driving is available upon request. I bought crimping tools to make connectors better. Phases, throttle(s), battery connection, themal sensor connection directly on the windings (if you use it) etc., will be prepared using high quality material and modular design, which will look good and is convenient. installation and mounting is Plug-and-Play. customization, if required, like plugs, length, phase wire awg, etc. thermalpaste replaced for a branded one, heat transfer improved. I also fix some manufacturing weaknesses on every pcb, such attaching capacitors firmer. I spend a lot of time assembling and modifing every controller i sold, despite experience (probably 5h) , there are many issues to be checked and it's so easy to mess up with wiring. i destroyed about 4 controllers learning what not to do. It takes knowledge how to do it right for any controller.
If you have any questions just try it yourself instead without worry. much better than stock, you can experience it yourself! throttle response is gradual from a few watts to very high power, depending on battery, it's not worse than other kits, i wouldn't use it otherwise or sell off other kits i previously had. New versions are refined, with few black short wires, and top wiring which increases the power and negates risk of phase ripping which will destroy the controller as well as looks better; i make new harnesses with bigger 10 awg wire vs 12 awg that's usually used. There's also 33% discount if you need another for second bike, and my full support. I bought crimping tools for this and it's now with well made single piece connections. It also has 30 days return window for you to try. Tl;dr. it's plug and play and it's fast.
If you need even higher power ask me about 140v controller. Not recommended for most but it will be ultra. (requires custom specialized battery which will be provided) the price will be around 2000usd.
