This Black Sony Cybershot DSC-H70 Digital Camera comes in the box with a working battery, battery charger, USB connecting cable, and the software CD. The camera has been tested and works great with no issues. There is one small area that  a small piece of the plastic has cracked off the top part right above the screen (I took a close up photo in the images, see photos for more detail). Other than that everything is in great condition and the 3" digital screen has only very few light scratches on the screen that are barely even noticeable (I tried to photo but it's hard to even see).
