This is a vintage snow baby on a polar bear figurine. This snow baby figurine is about 3" tall and 3” long. It is in good condition with no cracks or chips, but it is discolored in a few small spots. It is not marked, but I believe it is a Japan figurine based on an earlier German snow baby. I have no idea how old it is.
