I believe words are powerful and often we can be our own worst critic, at times we may have self doubt and constantly compare ourselves and our lives especially with so much social media.

I think many people should be kinder to themselves. We are each running our own race.

Instead of a positive affirmation on a post it (which is great) I just wanted to explore this idea further and I love the outcome of this.
